Bluetens ABS Power Kit
With the Power KIT and the Bluetens electrostimulator (not included) you can easily strengthen your abdominal muscles. Through the app you set the program, level and intensity, so you can compose a workout that is tailored to your capabilities. The special ABS electrodes are ergonomically shaped to fit the shape of your abdominal muscles. This prevents irritation after long use. Use the videos of Bluetens to perform exercises during the electrostimulation. This way you increase the pressure on your muscles and promote faster results. Then use other programs in the app to stimulate muscle recovery.
Bluetens attachment to the belt
With the included belt clip, the Bluetens electrostimulator can easily be attached to your belt. Very convenient when you have your hands full with the training.
